By requesting a commission, you are agreeing that you will only use the artwork for personal use and will not resell it and claim it as your own work.

You can share the commissioned art anywhere you like, as long as you credit me back to this site or use the watermarked version of the artwork.

You cannot reproduce the artwork for profit, promotion, advertisement, any form of blockchain technology (e.g. NFT, crypto). Do not use my art for any kind of AI dataset. Do not use AI. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

I, as the artist, retain full, unalienable copyright and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to use commissioned artworks for showcase purposes with credit to you, the commissioner, unless agreed upon differently.

If you want the artwork to remain private, please let me know and I’ll respect that choice. No extra fees apply.

I have the right to refuse any commission order for any reason.

Important: I do not accept rushed work or fixed deadlines. The time it takes to finish your commission may be between 1 week to 3 months, depending on factors such as my health, life, and the complexity of the commissioned piece.

Payment upfront. I prefer to take payments directly through Paypal, in USD or, preferably, EUR. However, I allow payments through Stripe on VGen.

No refunds after you’ve approved the final sketch.

Payment plans can be discussed. When the price goes above 100 EUR, you may ask for a 50/50 payment plan. First payment upfront, second after confirmation of the final sketch.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I am no longer able to work on it and in that case you will receive a refund based on the status of the commission.

Please do not send me any money before I have agreed to give you a slot and explicitly requested you to send me said payment.

What you should provide: A visual reference of your subject(s) is mandatory. Non-mandatory: description of what you’d like; a description of their personality, setting, and any other relevant information.

For stylized subjects, such as anime characters, having face claims or certain expectations of their semi-real equivalent is appreciated, as I tend to try and focus on likeness and proper representation. Don’t worry about “oversharing” about your interests; it often helps my creative process!

1 major revision, such as change of pose or concept, are possible during the sketch phase at the every beginning. 5 smaller revisions, like changing facial details or fixing details, are allowed during the sketch or painting phase.

What you’ll receive: PNG-files of your commissioned artwork: one watermarked, one without, and another web-sized JPG. If you’d like anything additionally, such as variations, we can gladly discuss that.

It is important you do not pressure me. I assure you that I will keep you updated on the process throughout the commission.

Remember: When requesting a commission, I require you to state that you’ve read my TOS and that you agree to it in your message. Failing to do so will result in the termination of your order / request. If using VGen or my Google Form, that’s done for you automatically.

My adopts are for personal use only. If interested in commercial rights, you may request that, though be aware that there will be extra fees.

Do not remove my watermark, signature, or otherwise claim the artwork as your own. I retain the right to my artwork. I also retain the right to post artwork of my design for showcasing purposes.

Always credit me back to this carrd if you post outside of toyhouse.

If wanting to resell, trade, or gift customs, you must communicate with me first. Do not sell my designs for more than the original price unless it comes with additional art.

Do not use my adopts for hate speech or bigoted propaganda of any kind.

Do not private my adopts unless you authorise me on toyhouse to still be able to see their profile. I’d like to know where they are.

Payment upfront, through PayPal. 50/50 payments can be done if the design price goes above 100 USD, and the first half will be upfront. No refunds.

For non-customs: Holds are allowed for up to a week; if the final price is particularly high, the limit becomes a month. Failing to meet the payment deadline, I’ll return it to be UFS or approach a previous bidder.

Alterations to the design may be made as long as they remain recognisable. You may discuss the extent of this with me, but I will not allow big changes. This does not apply to custom adopts, as they are tailor-made for you.

Do not whitewash adopts; do not change their body types or alter prominent facial features; do not turn trans adopts into cis-gender; do not remove any disabilities they may have.

Do not age my adopts down. They must be kept above the age of 21 years.
